I had an amazing experience today. My garbage disposal fell right out of my sink. I called multiple people and they didn’t service my area, I then called Benefield and was floored that he was gonna try to come out this afternoon. He drove all the way from the beach to where I live. It took him two seconds to put my garbage disposal back in. I really appreciate this type of customer service. If I have any future plumbing issues, I know who I’m going to call.

I was fighting with a bad line blockage and couldn’t beat it. I called Benefield and they were out first thing next morning and on time. Problem fixed in 10 minutes and the guys told me how to prevent it happening again. Definitely will use them again if I have a problem! Highly recommend.
