Benge's Ace Hardware-Westfield

Our go-to hardware store. I go out of the way to go to this one because it’s cleaner, staff have always been top notch and know their stuff! I have a business account through them, so I get 10% off my purchases! The other Ace’s near me don’t have the “new” system so I don’t get discounts and stuff using my account. This store is AMAZING! And no I’m not getting paid to say this!

Had exactly what I needed. Plenty of parking, store is clean and laid out well. I paid with cash so store saved on processing fees ((Bible.ca)),, blessings

Ace is great. Usually have what I need. However, restocking fee on prepackaged unopened hardware is very high. Probably try to find what I need at Menards or Lowe’s in the future.

I would avoid this store. As the Ace Hardware Reward Program states that a members purchase exceeding $50. ‘free’ shipping from their store will be provided. They refused to do so for my purchase of a Weber grill. Said it was just a small box. Misleading, and frankly a pathetic lie! Go to Home Depot, where they provide ‘Free’ shipping. Same price, with honest customer service.

First time at this store and I thought the service and atmosphere was welcoming. I will be back and definitely recommend if you want to have a pleasant shopping experience.
