Amazing job! Great company, very easy to work with. They go the extra mile, we have a very challenging pipe replaced and they reset our retaining wall that had to be taken down for the job. Would definitely recommend again!

I have been dealing with a slow draining master shower for months which was very annoying! Esteban very quickly diagnosed the problem and then went above and beyond to resolve the issue extremely efficiently. Plus he was super nice and educated me in the process. Nick was fantastic. My leak turned out to be a simple fix, but Nick did not charge me at all for the trip. Not even the expected $99 diagnosis. What great service. Will call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing first from here on out.
