⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cody Lane at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great. On time, professional, and very thorough. I needed two new toilets installed. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. Highly recommend and would definitely ask for him again.

Although we were told through text message that the time window for our service was 8-10 am, tech arrived after 11:00. We called when there was no communication and we were told window was 8-12.? Regardless, Kelsey, our tech, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Our under warranty water heater was replaced (due to leaking tank) and Kelsey was patient/thorough at answering all our questions. He promised to follow through with all documentation about the new warranty. We also appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing standing by their warranty service and making the catastrophe (a leaking water heater, wood floors and no hot water) as smooth a transition as possible.

Roger was very pleasant and helpful. He was kind enough to identify my issue without charging me any service charge. I will sure recommend him for anyone who is looking to do a plumbing work.

Ben was a great tech. He was very knowledgeable and personable and wasted no time getting to the correct diagnosis for our issue. He quickly solved the problem and left the premises just as he found it. I will request him the next time I use Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best I’ve ever encountered. They were able to arrive two hours before my scheduled time. The Plumber was cordial and quick. He provided me with a substantial discount, and I think it’s great that those are offered.!
