I want to share my great experience with the Bennett Heat Air and Electrical assigned through our home warranty. They were extremely accommodating from start to finish. We were scheduled for November 26th and after reaching out them they squeezed on us in that day(November 21st) They arrived and diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done fast and professionally. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and prompt service.

We’ve used Bennett countless times through the years for our home warranty service and have been totally pleased with their service. In fact we will call them anytime we need something even if not under warranty.

I have home insurance through American Home Shield, I had some problems with my AC cooling properly. I made a claim, they sent out Bennets. I received a call from the technician stating he would be at my house in 5 minutes. He was there when he said he would be, what really impressed me was that he got out of his service truck with everything he needed to check my system. Corey the tech explained to me in detail how my system works and some preventive maintenance I can do to help the efficiency of my unit. Thanks for the excellent customer service Emily and Corey..

If I could do no stars I would give them 100 0’s. I have them for home warranty approx 1 month for a unit change out. Unit upstairs going on a month and half for a repair then after it was “fixed”. Another 3 weeks for a call back repair . Never again will I use them even if it’s mandatory I use this company I will do with out before they step foot back on the property. Oh not very prompt on returning call after let me get with the technician excuse. I’ve been told that more times than one Rant over. Choose wisely
