Lusby's Heating & Cooling

I appreciate the service and the product provided by Lusby's staff. My HVAC needed to be replaced and last Friday I called and the service technicians were there within an hour. The office staff was very friendly and professional. They even offered a solution for financing. On Wednesday morning before 8:30 am, three service technicians were installing my inside and outside unit. They were efficient, fast, and tidy. They suggested ways help keep my new unit running longer and more efficiently. They made what could have been a very frustrating circumstance very easy. It pays to do business with local people who know your family also; I am very satisfied with the overall service from Lusby's. Thank you so much!

Called them for weeks could never get anyone to come out or explain to me why not. The lady said it was difficult because of holiday I understood that. However after the holidays were over no one showed up I called a few times and had the run around. I try to keep my business local but I didn’t feel appropriate plus they never showed up. Horrible

So over eight weeks ago I contacted these people to come do a service upgrade.They told me someone would come check it out and I got no call no show..so I call back up there to check and they said someone would come by and check it out and give me a price.. another couple days went by and I decided to check back.. they had to take my info again and this time they actually had two guys show up the next day and take pictures.They were nice and said the owners out of town and that they’d get me a price… After weeks of no call,I called back. This time I believe I got in touch with the owner or manager one. He had to yet again take down all my contact information and came out and assured me he’d get me a price and then I received a phone call from the secretary which I just returned and she

Can't say enough about this company! Very professional and friendly. A great bunch of people working tirelessly to make sure your AC works. I found Johnny a very skilled tech and knowledgeable about his trade. He was very relentless and never gave up until the problem was solved. Bravo! I highly recommend this company to anyone.

The service technicians went inside the thermostat box change the wiring around three times... now the fuse blows when we switch over to heat... call Lusby then they try to charge you for a problem they do .... then blame it on you!! WTH... If you try and explain to that old lady sitting at that desk, you are wasting your time...
