I used to shop here years ago when I worked on systems.. NOT ANYMORE!! Some type of management change.... I was told I won't be sold parts because I'm taking business away from contractors!! I am licensed. I am certified. I got out of the business. READ CAREFULLY!!! The only reason I stepped in to help was because a family with 4 kids are suffering in this heat and the "CONTRACTOR" told them 1800$ for repairs... I found an OEM replacement part for 150$ and spent 40min on install....... SO,1800$ FOR A 150$ PART AND LABOR?? 1650$ FOR LABOR FOR 40 MINUTES??? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! So now the supply houses are pushing out anyone that don't follow? What happened to working an honest job?? Just a bunch of scammers and now they have help.

Wish I had known about this place years ago. Pleasantly surprised with the pricing and great customer service! Thank you, our very, very antique outdoor AC unit lives on :)
