Ben’s Garage Doors

Came home from work yesterday to a garage door that wouldn't open even manually. One of the cables had snapped and it was of course the day before I need to go on a vacation. After reading some Google reviews, I called Ben’s Garage Repair and got one of the most polite phone people ever. He scheduled an appointment for the same day (Great!), and 20 minutes later I got a call from a technician who was in the area who was willing to come by right away. At 8 pm! I couldn't have been more thrilled to have a working garage door within an hour of it breaking. Awesome service. It wasn't cheap for 30 minutes of work, but I can't complain given the excellent service and responsiveness. I would definitely use Ben’s Garage Repair again.
