Ben's Heating & Air Conditioning

Just want to highly recommend Ben's Heating and Air Conditioning. Last week Ben and his colleague Marley installed a whole home air conditioning system in the home I rent. They did an excellent job start to finish and were friendly, professional, and efficient. Ben communicated well with my landlord and me to set up the installation appointment, and then take care of the work. He answered my questions clearly about running the system and the whole process was handled so smoothly. Ben and Marley did a quality job at a fair price, and I definitely recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I’ve had quite a bit of issues with my heat pump and HVAC system since buying my property 5 years ago, Ben has always responded quickly and helped with any issue.(get the annual maintenance membership trust me!) Now, with having to replace what I was told was an entirely new HVAC system when I bought my home, (it obviously wasn’t) I reached out to Ben’s company and within just a couple days, they were able to install the attic heat pump (not an easy feat) and the central air unit all in one day, which was awesome because temps were in the teens this morning. If you’re looking for quick, reliable service, look no further!

My old heat pump had been progressively getting louder.I called Ben's at 8:30 pm on a Friday and left a "non emergency" message. Even though Ben was out at a family event, he immediately returned my call. By early the next morning, he had already inspected the unit, informed me of the problem, offered several options and answered my questions. I chose to replace the unit. As a female homeowner, I must always have my guard up. I make sure you see me watching your every move. I want you to know I will not be taken advantage of. Well, during this installation, I was totally relaxed sipping coffee in a different room and later, even left the house. I'm a window with health problems. I've been treated horribly by high rated Dayton contractors in the past so I ask a lot of questions to see what kind of temper the contractors really has before they come. Ben revealed that he's a zero sum player who only cares about his own gains. He displayed contempt for his customer's interest. Even tho he wasn't interested in doing the work I need he also wouldn't recommend another contractor revealing cruelty as well.

Ben always go out of the way to help someone out. he managed to get to my a/c unit a full day earlier than estimated because he knew how hot it was. Marley was quick and considerate with the repair. great people all around.
