At the end of November, I called to make an appointment, left a voice mail. Received a call back a few days later and made an appointment for 12/17. I was quoted 175.00 to inspect my furnace. On 12/14 I called and left a VM that I needed to reschedule as I had double booked myself. 12/17 I get a call from a friend, who had come over to check on my animals, that a service person was at my house to look at my furnace. She said they were at my house for less than 10 minutes and left with no communication. Today is 12/30 and I have yet to receive a call back to reschedule the inspection appointment, from the message I left on 12/14. And I have yet to receive a call informing me of what they inspected during the 10 minutes they were in my home on 12/17. My experience is that this compan

Our problem was not resolved on the first visit. I had to contact Justin several times to schedule a second visit. A month later he showed up briefly but did not resolve the issue. I contacted him several times to attempt to reschedule a 3rd visit. Days later, he finally said someone would call. No one ever did. We found a company that fixed the problem quickly with great professionalism, knowledge, quick scheduling and excellent communication.

House was cold, water pouring out of pipes, they came right over. No complaints about it being the weekend, early or 3 stories high - just got to work. Kept me informed along the way, laid out option pros and cons. My issues were complex and I felt confident in their knowhow. Gave me good tips for the future. I had to use All Weather for something else and they were terrible in comparison. I wish more tradesmen took the pride and care these gentlemen offer. A pleasure writing the check and that says a LOT.

I had a great experience with Ben's Heating Services when they installed a heat pump for me. Justin and Norm were easy to work with. They were always punctual, reliable, great at communicating the next steps and explained things to me in layman terms. And they did great work!

They were great - but there are 2 different numbers online. One doesn’t work, other hopefully is theirs, but the phone recording just asks to leave a message.
