Excellent service. When you imagine the perfect service call, I'd say they really nailed it. From the moment I called, the scheduler Amanda was so sweet and kind, provided information and coached me along. I had an estimate for work done, which was provided for less cost and complexity than a competitor. The day of work, the two technicians were so friendly and respectful; it was raining out and they wore boot covers inside and had very good etiquette while inside my home, including closing the door as we have multiple indoor cats. I was also thrilled that they did the work quickly but also made sure it looked nice. They ran new conduit along the front of my house and along the bottom of our metal siding so I can't even see it. Really blown away by every step in the process and super happy

I have called on Fredrickson‘s many times for electrical issues for myself and my community here at Rosewind. They are prompt, efficient, and communicate really well. They have always been responsive and done the jobs professionally. This last time around, Fredrickson’s cleaned out our mini split compressor and three heads in the house for a reasonable price in one and a half hours. We have nothing but praise for this company.

Brett arrived at the designated time and promptly took care a long list of needs and fixes. He was friendly and efficient and didn't mind that we added a couple of extra chores we had overlooked. It is good to have him added to our list of "nice guys from Frederickson Electric"

Frederickson did a fantastic job installing my new ductless heat pump. The office staff was friendly and helpful, their estimator was knowledgeable and set realistic expectations, and their crew installed the unit quickly and efficiently while keeping me in the loop and explaining everything they were doing. The installation looks exceedingly clean and professional. 10/10 would contract with them again.
