I truly cannot say enough good things about the team at Ben’s Pest Control. After moving into my home and discovering a roach infestation, I was completely distraught at the thought of living like that. I called several large, well-known pest control companies, and every interaction either left me feeling worse or pressured me into a contract before anyone even came out to evaluate the problem. An absolutely amazing experience. First and foremost was Brooke. I had already called a corporate company that gave me a price. I was ready to move forward. Then I got a message from her that generated a call back. Being a family owned business was a huge factor in my decision. Her and her sister Hannah were sweet and accommodating. The technicians James and Tim were smart, kind and very effective. I had a very bad ghost ant and palmetto bug problem that has been erased from my life. I highly recommend this company!

I’m extremely disappointed with Ben’s Pest Control and would not recommend them to anyone. From the very beginning, the service felt unprofessional and poorly organized. They showed up late to the appointment without calling ahead, and when they finally arrived, the technician seemed rushed and uninterested in actually addressing the problem. Despite being assured that the treatment would take care of the pests within a few days, absolutely nothing improved—in fact, the situation got worse. Overall, the lack of communication, ineffective service, and unprofessional attitude make this company one I will never use again.

One of the things I love about Ben’s Pest Control is that it is a family-owned small business, and they provide top-notch customer service at reasonable pricing. James did our treatment and ensured inside and outside were treated thoroughly and that it met out needs and desires. Ben’s services a lot of homes in our community and we have heard nothing but great things about their company, and James lived up to the praise. We too are now a highly pleased new customer!
