Bob did a wonderful job on my two toilets, as he replaced both shut off valves and toilet valve hoses. Very prompt and fast service! Joanna and Nancy were very friendly on the phone, too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY!!

This cold weather has been tough on our properties down the shore. Discovering a broken pipe is always very stressful. I have had a really good experience with Ben’s. I want to recognize the two ladies that answer their phones after hours. These are really good people. They were both extremely helpful. We built a little rapport due to all the calls I had to make. They are so nice and made the situation just not so bad. Sometimes in these situations, you’re dealing with an after hours line and continuously waiting for a call back. Both of them gave me their cell phones, so I could call back and confirm details after I investigated what they believed could be the problem (they were right too). I’m using Ben’s again because of the way they treated me.

Had a difficult problem with both electrical and plumbing. We started off with Anthony, the electrician, who worked diligently to trace down the problem. Then he called in Ryan the plumber to fix the other problem. They stayed until the job was complete, and we got everything taken care of. Very caring and knowledgeable, very nice. They were professional, explained everything to us, and explained everything as they went along through the stages. Also, scheduling with Nancy, Jo Ann, and Nicole was flawless. We would Ben's Proserve anytime.

Jerry and his crew did a fantastic job replacing ALL the plumbing fixtures in multiple bathrooms as part of an interior design and renovation project at a Stone Harbor NJ beach house.
