They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find a company that’s both honest and reliable, but Bentley’s truly delivers. My heater wasn't working properly and it was in the 20's so I needed someone ASAP. They were able to get someone out the same day and were so friendly. My father used to run a family business so I always like to support local family run businesses and it was a pleasure to work with this company!

Excellent work done. They swapped out a 30+ year old unit, got everything updated and tied together with the existing ductwork nicely. Caleb and Cohen were great at answering questions and gave me a rundown on the overall process. Would recommend.

Huge shout out to Bentley’s Heating and Cooling in Miamisburg! From the office manager(April), owner(Anthony), and staff (Hunter/Joey)they were quick to get us diagnosed and out to replace our unit inside and out within 2 days. They are super friendly people and do honest work. I will always recommend them to anyone.

We called Bentley’s after attempting to hook up a new thermostat that didn’t work for our house and we couldn’t get the original one to work again. Anthony (the owner) was able to walk my husband through the fix over the phone and within minutes we had AC! Bentley’s is quick, helpful and communicates well! 10/10 service!
