Leisure Lawn

I signed up for a lawn service with Leisure Lawn last year but cancelled the plan immediately after learning about complaints that customers were being charged without receiving service. I cancelled before the first scheduled treatment, so no services were ever performed. About a year later, I began receiving calls and messages saying they planned to service my lawn. I contacted the company multiple times by phone and through their website to explain that I had cancelled and was not a customer. I specifically asked them to confirm that my property was not in their system and told them not to come to my house. Despite those conversations, two service technicians later arrived at my property. I gave Leisure Lawn a try even my next door neighbor started using them at the same time too. Great pricing but you get what you pay for, if you know what I mean. My lawn had more weeds this year compared to the last 9 years of being almost weed free. Each time I would call in about my account I was told I had a different number of services remaining. If you need a low cost but not the highest standard of weed control than Leisure Lawn should work for you.

We recently signed up with Leisure Lawn for our lawn service. We just had our first application of the year and the technician did a great job. We look forward to working with Leisure Lawn.

Technician showed up with a large Christian cross hanging upside down as his choice of neckwear jewelry. Not sure if the Company is openly anti-Christian or just this specific technician. Once i advised technician he would not be completing the service on my property, the technician started to laugh loudly in an unstable manner. Honestly thw interaction was frightening as the technician seemed agitated and willing to become violent over the situation. Very disappointed in this occurence.

Techs who treat my yard are polite and attentive but the quality of my yard after 4 years with Leisure Lawn is very disappointing. Every year I’m convinced they will fix my yard.
