Not having an active phone number listed for well over a year. It is completely inconvenient, especially since I got a last-minute travel job and I'll have to accept late fees when I go to pay my bill because there's no way to get ahold of them to get account information to pay online. It's also very inconvenient if someone goes to report a power outage and nobody can get ahold of them to report it. There's no excuse not to have an active phone especially for so long, it's just pathetic.

6 hr 'scheduled' power outage and you didn't find it necessary to let your customers know? Too many inconveniences to list.

They are always friendly and helpful when you go in to pay your bills.
