We’re first time home owners with no experience with oil heating- Benway responded very quickly to my inquiry and sent someone same day to fill our tank! They walked us through the process and offered to help set up auto fills to avoid running out in the future. Fast service and competitive prices, will return in the future. Edit: Our great experience continues! Our tank ended up leaking with the full pressure of 300 gallons of oil- I called Frank in a panic, he returned with a temporary patch within an hour and recommended some tank removal/replacement companies. Extremely prompt and helpful!

From annual tune ups, to oil delivery, to emergency calls at 11pm, Benway oil has always been there for me. Great attention to detail when it comes to service, prompt heating oil delivery and professionalism all around. They genuinely care for their customers and are very reliable. Great company

I purchased my home last year and their name is on the burner and called them to service and tank fill. Without any hesitation Frank ensured me he will fill up my tank on his way home and so he did. Meeting him for the first time, he went out of his way to show me a trick or two to make sure I wouldn't go cold in the house. Did he have too? No, that could've been money in his pocket to have me place a service call for something so simple. That's true loyalty to his town of customers. Keep in mind, it was my first time meeting and asking for service. With inflations happening with gas and oil, I will keep Benway Oil has my provider always. Thanks!

Do not look to Benway if you don't already buy oil from them! I tried to schedule annual service with Benway as they had serviced the burner of our home since 2014 (with the previous owner). I was very rudely turned down over the phone for annual service as I hadn't "purchased oil from Benway since 2019" and that Benway "had to keep its technicians available for its LOYAL customers." I was told there "was nothing that could be done" for me and that I should look to our current oil provider for service. When I said that our current oil provider does not provide service, the technician's reply was "I guess you are out of luck then." They may have good service & rates but I wouldn't know as I wasn't given the opportunity to become a loyal customer. So unfortunate. Be wary, especially for eme

Today was the 2nd year in a row I have used Benway to service my furnace. Last December I had a schedule service with another company and they cancelled at the last minute, despite us not having heat. Then they told me that they could not come for another week to 10 days. I said, "no thank you". A friend recommended Benway & they came the very next day. This year I called them again and again they came the very next day. Frank & Rick have serviced us with a big smile and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
