These guys are great! Local, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. They helped me understand my gate operators and looked over all the work performed by another company. They will guide you in the right direction, very honest!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. I own a restaurant and we use them for our security company. They are amazing!!! Our system is incredible and up to date. Unfortunately our pizzeria has been broken into 3xs but nothing more than getting past our door before the thieves are either scared off or the cops show up. I also get a call as soon as my alarm has been set off...they even call to tell me when my restaurant has been open early (sometimes my crew gets there super early) Our system and our cameras are incredible. Everyone we have encountered here has been professional, knowledgeable and gets the job done. I sleep safely every night locking my business knowing we have Ber-National Controls on our side. I own and operate Jeffrey's Auto Body Inc. in Syracuse NY. We have used this companies services for over 15 years. The equipment is not the big box store junk they use high quality commercially designed products. Our security system is at least 15 years old and other than a mouse eating a wire we have never had a failure! Our camera \ video system is more than 10 years old, even after up grading the cameras to color and the digital video recorder once we have never had a failure. Any issues or questions their professionally trained staff is on top of it. I like using our camera system remotely to keep any eye on my staff while out of town. Don't cheap out here, price is long forgotten once you realize the quality of the products!

Absolute disgrace of a company. I recommend looking anywhere else.

Glad to be done with. No team continuity. One technician does all the work. How does an installer not know how to program devices? Shouldn’t you be able to do both if your testing or troubleshooting?
