Super thankful for companies with customer service like this. With our old employer, we used BER for a wide range of services. Their service response and knowledge of equipment led us to hiring them to install the heat pump in our home. The service call response time was insane, the unit was fixed and back to operational in no time.

Although the situation was not wonderful, Riley and his team at BER were. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. As is typical with plumbing issues, they kept revealing more problems but continued to work diligently to solve them. They went above and beyond. A lot of work for a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

BER went out of their way, and bumped our school, River Of Life in Benton Harbor to the top of the list. They came out and crawled through the nasty tunnels to cap off two major leaks in the boiler system plumbing underneath the school. We didn’t know how long it would be that our school would be without heat, but thanks to them we were only without heat for one day. We thank God for the amazing staff at BER!

I called BER to do my annual A/C check and could not be happier with the service! The tech was competent and knowledgeable - he answered all my questions and even taught me things about my system that I didn't know but probably need to. Great tech, great company!

I have built two houses and remodeled countless other ones over the course of my life but have not been so overcharged for work that was done in my home. When they came out to give me an estimate they told me to rough in the plumbing on my basement bathroom would take about 3 to 4 hours. I was charged for 7 hours total when they were only there 5 hours. What I was told when I called was that 2 hours were for the drive time to my house and the time they spent putting supplies into their truck and unloading it. That was over $200 in additional charges. Never will call these guys again.
