Recently I had a new air conditioning unit installed while reasonably priced. The Team that arrived for the installation worked very professionally and expeditiously. They respected my home and were very respectful. I appreciated their efforts and would easily recommend them in the future to anyone looking to install a unit or require their services. Last week there was a large stain on my ceiling, I thought the roof was leaking, but it turned out to be my air conditioner. Berge HVACR came out and took pictures upstairs showing me the drain had been done wrong and wasn't balanced. The technician was very nice and he repaired it that afternoon. I never write reviews, but I wanted people to know this is a good company to call if you need help.

I asked around about the best place to help with HVACR as I was having issues with my thermostat and I kept getting recommended to Berge. Upon calling I was quickly connected to Gary who was very helpful and quoted me for a service call. Price was fair and workers showed up to my home on time. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it for a fair price. Highly recommend!

I had bad vibes about them from the start, and I should have realized that with them having the digits 666 in their phone number that I should have avoided them. The woman named Karen lacks any customer service skills and is rude and she will hang up the phone on you. I had an emergency AC issue, the AC stopped working during the 100 degree heat wave, so Jeff came out on Thursday June 19th and he said I need a new disconnect box. He tapped on the wires in the disconnect box and got the AC unit running. He then leaves my house with the AC unit running with a faulty disconnect box which was an extreme fire hazard. HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME NOT TO RUN THE AC, TURN THE BREAKER OFF, because 5 minutes after he leaves the house the AC unit stops working again. I call Karen and she says they can't d

We just moved to the area and this company was on our approved vendor list for the development. We called for the $19.95 new customer start up. When the technician, Jeff, arrived, there were other contractors in the house. My elderly mother was dealing with Jeff, so I couldn't focus on that service call. After he left, my mother was very upset saying that Jeff found mold inside our entire unit and he showed her pictures. He made a big deal about it. She and I both have health issues and became very concerned. Jeff did not offer to forward us the pictures. He did not leave a report of what he found. We only received a receipt of the start up contract, which he did not sign. We immediately called the office to see if we could get the pictures and a report to send to our insurance com
