01/03/2026: Purchased a new Hisense mini-frig after my last one stopped working. Michael P. in appliances was very helpful in assisting me in obtaining a replacement through the 3-yr warranty. I appreciate this level of customer service. Well done!

I'm a contractor. I actually prefer going to Lowe's just because it's less crazy than home Depot and they have everything I need. Prices are very similar to home. Depots and people generally are pretty nice that work there and works for me. I highly recommend them

Went to Lowe's to return something and it couldn't find it on my credit card and I had lost the receipt it's a $20 item I spent quite a bit of money with my flooring and bathroom at Lowe's. I asked to see the store manager she said he can't help you on the one in charge and then I called corporate customer service and they said the same thing they couldn't help me. Well I won't be shopping here I'll go to home Depot we don't have to worry if I have to return a $20 item I know they'll take it back. Very disappointed in Lowe's. She said the products was there she didn't deny that she said this is the policy and that's it. I'll be shopping elsewhere very disappointed in lowes corporation.

There are a lot of changes now, and not for the better. The new management is terrible. It's still local, and if you need something they carry, I guess you really don't have a choice. Very unfortunate. Fortunately, all my big items have already been purchased. Appliances, flooring, granite, bathrooms, doors, etc.

I recently stopped in to this Lowe’s to pickup a couple of moving boxes/supplies and was greeted by a very unkind and ghoulish lady named Danielle. She was very rude, unintelligent and was not at all familiar with the store inventory. She constantly was muttering under her breath about more important things she could be doing and did not seem at all like she wanted to work here. It’s a shame because this Lowe’s has been excellent and I have never had a bad experience until now! Stinks that one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch.
