We had an excellent first experience with Erika and her team! We hired Bergen Cleaning Solutions to do a deep cleaning on my father’s apartment. They were professional, courteous and thorough. Erika is easy to work with and we felt very comfortable with her and her team. They will be coming back monthly. I highly recommend Bergen Cleaning Solutions.

I found Erika on the Neighborhood app when looking for someone to clean my home on an as needed basis. Erika needed to see the home first to give an honest quote. She is communicative, on time, respectful, professional and very polite. Her pricing is very fair but she said in order for it to make sense, she would prefer to have us as a regular customer. Today she arrived with another team member and they did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area from top to bottom. She paid great attention to the areas that we overlook or skip over. The house feels brighter, lighter, smells amazing and took the pressure off of me and my family. Bergen Cleaning Solutions is definitely the best cleaning service I have ever used. In the past, I have had cleaning people who would do a great job the first couple of times and then start to slowly do less and less. Erika and her staff have never disappointed! Their prices is comparable to others in the area, but their services supercede the rest. I have been using them for over a year and they have been consistent in their work. Erika runs her business very professionally and I feel this is one of the main reasons her staff works to their highest potential.

Erica is friendly and professional and her team is amazing. They are punctual and work very efficiently. It amazes me that they can make my house look like we don’t have three cats and a dog.
