Berger Allied Moving & Storage

Berger Allied Moving & Storage did a horrible job on my very large pack and move job. They packed things I had told them to leave and left things they were supposed to pack. They damaged my dining table, my coffee table and 2 bookshelves. The worst damage was a soaked Tempur-pedic mattress that they refuse to pay for. Beware of Allied's good rating. They farm out to companies like Berger that are awful. I was in the military and this is the WORST move I have ever experienced. Do not hire this company. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

This morning at around 9:45 a.m., our staff was in a meeting, and we noticed the 18-wheeler trying to enter our front entrance gate. At that time a maintenance technician went outside to tell them that this type of truck is NOT allowed on our property. The truck driver totally ignored him and proceeded to drive onto our property. Later in the day at approximately 3:00, we saw them attempting to leave. The driver parked the truck directly in the way of incoming traffic and the line of cars went all the way to the street waiting for him to move. As our maintenance supervisor informed him that he had to move, he said, NO. Unbelievable as the Supervisor had on his uniform clearly identifying himself as an employee. He refused to move. Great experience with this company. Relocated from Georgia to Texas and the process was smooth and seamless. From start to finish the communication and flexibility from the team was great. Highly recommended!

The two gentlemen who delivered my furniture was amazing and professional. Not only did they deliver my bedroom set they also assembled it. Also it did not take them very long. Great job guys.

I had a terrible experience with Berger Allied Moving & Storage that I feel compelled to share. After my move, I discovered that my door threshold was damaged. When I opened a claim to address this issue, I was appalled by how my honesty and integrity were questioned multiple times. It made me feel like the bad guy in this entire situation, which was incredibly frustrating. The claims adjuster, Kathy Janos, was defensive, accusatory, and passive-aggressive throughout the process. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, she seemed more interested in deflecting blame. I even shared Ring camera footage that clearly showed poor practices performed by the driver and movers causing the damage. Initially, she claimed they denied this as part of her investigation until I produced the evidence
