Everyone involved in our bathroom remodeling did an excellent professional job. Courtney from helping us design our bathroom remodel to Chris and Noe putting into the final design. They helped us turning it into a beautiful handicap accessible bathroom, so we can remain in our home for long time to come. We had Bergstrom do a complete gut of one of our Bathrooms. Courtney did a great job of helping us with all the planning and design. The guys that did all the work was so professional. We had a great experience using Bergstrom to build our fence! They worked with us to figure out what would be best for our yard. We have used this company for several projects and each time they get the job done well.

We hired Bergstrom Home Improvements in 2016 to install a tiled shower and bathroom floor, paying over $6,000. Within a year, the grout cracked and tiles fell off. They charged us another $300 to re-grout, but the shower continued to deteriorate. By 2019–2020 it cracked everywhere and smelled terrible. A second contractor discovered there was no waterproofing behind the tile at all, and the entire shower had to be torn out and rebuilt. He did the job correctly for about half the price, and it has been perfect for over five years. When we went back to Bergstrom, they refused to help and blamed it on our house “settling,” which was not true. We were left with the full cost of repairing their poor work. I cannot recommend this company. Their workmanship failed, they took no responsibility,

We used Bergstrom Home Improvement to transform a screen porch into a four season mud room. We have used many contractors over the years, and Bergstrom's team was the best experience we have had. The provide excellent quality, clean working, and very professional. Mike provides excellent service. If you can get Bergstrom, then your project will be in great shape.
