Berkshire Appliance REPAIR

Dave was good before his current issues arrived. I quote others “DO NOT USE HIM!” “Absolute WORST customer service in the history of appliance repair.” Dave is very unresponsive, he fails to keep scheduled appointments and gets very angry if questioned about his service. He is unable to fix anything but simple problems. Dave will quit working on the repairs when he is stumped and leave you in a mess. If you like arrogance and have a simple repair then Dave is your man. Otherwise GO ELSEWHERE.

Absolute WORST customer service in the history of appliance repair. Dave was very unresponsive and then came after scheduled window then refused to come again until warranty company compensated him. Whirlpool warranty only has one repair man in Berkshire county and it somehow is this company. Literally held us hostage. Should have license revoked and is being reported to BBB. Stay away!

He went to the wrong house and told us he wouldn’t see us because of how “she” treated him the last time when he went to repair her coin operated washing machine. For one thing we do NOT have a coin operated washing machine, and we do NOT have a washing machine on our first floor. Very unwilling to admit he was wrong! DO NOT USE HIM!

Dave repaired our leaky washing machine, and during the process he caught a safety issue with our dryer (that we hadn't noticed) and fixed that too. Thank you so much! I highly highly recommend Berkshire Appliance Repair.

Needed my dryer repaired called Dave he came fixed it within a hour was very professional and polite absolutely would use him again
