We’ve used Western Shore Lawn Care for the past two years. Initially, we were very pleased, our yard looked fantastic, and we appreciated the service and results. Unfortunately, this season has been a disappointing shift from that early experience. We began noticing an increase in weeds, and when we reached out, we were told that rain had washed away the chemicals. While we understand weather can be unpredictable, that explanation didn’t sit well, especially when the issue continued. My husband contacted the owner several times asking for a follow-up spray, and although he was told on June 22 that someone would be out, no one came and no follow-up ever occurred.
