Berry Family Pools

All the staff at Berry’s are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Terry is our go to guy, he shows up to the house quickly and always knows exactly what to do for repairs. Affordable and fantastic, we will go to them for all of our hot tub, pool, and pump needs.

Amazing! Just all around great experience! The lady that help us spent an hour with us. Tested our pool water from our new above ground pool we put up a week ago. She was so educational. She helped get what we needed to have a safe and clean pool for our family. Took her time to explain everything and tell us how to use the products. She went above and beyond!! I'm so greatful for how my family was treated amd educated. We for sure will be a repeat customer! If you're thinking about getting a pool, I promise Berrys is going to make it such a great experience! Wonderful family customer service. Great products and fantastic prices! 5 stars isn't enough!!

I took a malfunctioning pool robot cleaner to them and their technician was knowledgeable and able to get it back working like new again.

First and last time I go to their store. Stopped by to see if they had a part because I was on that side of town and the staff was rude and looked at me like I shot their dog. Even the wiener dog was unfriendly. The guy with a beard was just tacky. Handed him my part that had magic lube on and told him it was sticky and his snappy response was, “I’m used to it”! Such a disappointment because my family bought several pools from them back in the 80’s and 90’s and I wouldn’t buy a float from them now. I walked in with a smile and waited for service so they must have all woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I’ll stick with Leslie’s, because even the one person they have staffing the store is kind and helpful.

This is truly a family business. Everyone is helpful and treats you like you are part of the family. For all of your pool needs check these folks out.
