We had a great experience with Ryan the plumber! He fixed an issue that had never been properly resolved before. He was patient with all of our questions, very helpful, and made sure the job was done right. He had to come out multiple different times due to the nature of the job and was professional each visit. Pricing seemed very fair as well. We would definitely recommend him!!

I initially gave them a 5 star review. However, the repairs they made, at a cost of over $3k, did not fix the problem. I was promised a call from a supervisor. After waiting 3 days I called them. Milan was the supervisor I spoke with. He said he would talk to his boss and get back with me to schedule one or both of them out for a first hand look. That was five days ago. Left another message yesterday. No reply. Our water still comes out milky after a month. They cannot offer a plausible explanation that warrants the work they did that did not solve the problem. We paid over 3k for a new water that I now suspect we did not need. The old one was only 4yrs old. Stay away from this company.

They done a good job for me fixing my thermostat, on my property off Count Fleet Lane in Hot Springs, AR, it did take them a couple trips to get it repaired, but they did it at no charge. I’d definitely recommend them again.

This service was for plumbing issues. Bert Black plumbing technician, Joshua called, introduced himself and to inform me that he would be headed our way and also gave me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived and serviced the leaking faucet and also checked all the faucets after an ice storm and freezing temperatures for several days. Joshua did an excellent job and was a very nice and kind technician. We are sold on Bert Black, and will call them for all our HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. From the live agent scheduling the service to the technicians, always courteous, listens to the problem you are having. You will receive emails or text messages on your service order to keep the you, the customer informed. Thank you Bert Black for the excellent service you have provided us!

Ryan did excellent work! He put in extra effort to make sure everything was right! He arrived early and was very professional and thorough. He'd done work for us before and gave the same great service as last time. Bert Black Plumbing gets my highest recommendation!
