I've been using Berta Cleans for my Sunny Isles Beach rental property after every guest checkout for months now. Best decision for an Airbnb host! Their process is so convenient: quick walkthrough with photos of broken/loose items before they start (great for tenant disputes), thorough deep clean, and then they upload before/after pics, showing the bed with fresh linens, organized towels, cleaned appliances, and all bathroom/kitchen supplies refilled.
