My last review was negative because my master key was lost by the service man. The owner called and apologized and offered to rekey the entire house at no additional charge. We took him up on the offer. Simon Horowitz was personable, fast, did a great job and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with his level of customer care and professionalism. I highly recommend this locksmith company.

The guy showed up pretty fast but price gouging is real. We decided not to get service after the outrageous prices given. Cost me $125 to have my first remote key fob made. This guy quoted me over $350 for what?

Honest locksmith!!!! Our Sentrysafe battery went dead and we couldn’t open it. The first locksmith we called said will charge $250 to break it open. Dp locksmith guided me over the phone on how to replace the battery from the front of the safe. He didn’t even charge us. Very impressed with his decency and honesty.

They are FAST and the service is GOOD, BUT they do not tell you how much they charge until they are at your house, in this case they charged me $325 for a 7 minute JOB (common bottom lock) and after they offer me to replace the lock for $100 and when I said NO, they charged me $25 (at this point I said yes). Usually a JOB like this will be $160 (just to open the door). BTW when I said that it was to much $325 they told me well Its the situation (meaning is 9pm).
