Berthoud Floor Covering & Carpet Cleaning

Everyone was very nice, but we hired them specifically to remove dog urine odors from our carpet. We were told they could take care of it, but the spots still smelled strongly the next day. When I called to have them come back, I was charged an additional $125 ($100 if we paid cash) to re-treat the same areas due to a minimum service fee. In my opinion, if a company says they can resolve an issue and it isn’t fixed the first time, they should return without charging extra. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience.

We used Mike from Berthoud Floor to put luxury vinyl planking on about 900 sf of the house we purchased in Longmont. Prior to calling Berthoud Flooring, I received two quotes. One for $8,000 and one for $6,000. We were so defeated! We didn't think we'd be able to afford it for awhile, and the companies weren't working with us. My mom's landscaper told us to call Mike so we did. Mike came out the next day and was super accommodating about coming out later in the day after I got home from work. He brought some large samples & really talked me through everything. I explained my fiance wanted to do a lot of the tearing up & prep so we could save money. Berthoud Flooring came to the rescue after a bad experience with another company. They were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job with vinyl and carpet in a house built in 1903. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful floors and highly recommend them!
