Berwick Pool & Spa Center

We had just purchased a pool here, the owner was very informative and knowledgeable. We have not had the pool installed as of yet, I will update once it's in. UPDATE: they originally told us that it would be installed in about 3 weeks...luckily they had a cancellation and put it in 2 weeks early! The group that came to install it were quick and efficient and the owner Brian was involved during the whole process. I highly recommend this company!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!! Very rude customer service! ! Walked in and asked for a water sample. He asked what I had been using (not their products just basic pool supplies from walmart like I have for years) and he said couldn't do anything for me. To go to Walmart and have them test my water and then he goes oh wait they don't do that. Again so RUDE! I simply replied well that's why I'm here for you to test it and then I'd purchase from you any products I'd need to clear my water. To which he replied call the 1-800-# of the supplies I got he couldn't help me. Truly unbelievable!!!

Brian, the owner, is always helpful. He is knowledgable about pools and how to keep them crystal clear. He can talk you through any issue you might have with your pool or spa. Our backyard provides us a place to relax and wind down after busy days and the help of Berwick Pool makes that possible.

I’ve been going here for 30 years and always have crystal clear water. Replaced liner x2 (due to wear ) and installed pool cover spring loaded. Best pool source in the are.

Excellent customer service, great prices, and extremely knowledgeable! There are two or three pool stores within 5 minutes of my house and I gladly travel 30 minutes to shop at Berwick pool and spas!
