Randy and his father before him have been sanding, repairing and refinishing our oak floors (same home) for over 36 years. We have a mix of old and new oak floors. Berzenski floor and sanding did a great job on my living room, dining room and kitchen in about a day and a half. I went with the water based and didn’t have to leave my home. The floors look brand new! Randy and his associate were professional and so helpful in selecting my finish! I would highly recommend them!!
