Had no problems with staff or tech until I spoke with the owner about boards I had replaced in my range which may have been responsible for further problems. I was told the length of the warranty was 90 days, and I had reported further issues on day 81. The tech offered to come back and diagnose the problem but needed to talk to "Doug" first. I was not complaining or angry, just looking for information. When I called the second time, Doug answered but did not identify himself. He became very belligerent and blamed me for calling too late in the day (4:15 PM). He said everyone had left for the day. New to the area, Tried having a cordial encounter with this gentleman upon having issues with my appliances. Instead I received a awful experience and time wasted. Sometimes you just have to keep searching. Homeowners beware, of what may cost you time, money, and a fear of future repair work being done on your expensive appliances.

Can’t say enough good about the repair man, Caleb that came to fix my widowed mother’s dryer. He was professional, knowledgeable and had the needed part in his van and was able to fix it right away. It’s a relief to have a quality repairman and company to call should another need arise with any other household appliances (fridge, stove, etc..). Thank you!
