The technician was professional, efficient, and had the problem resolved in no time. What’s even better? They didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the emergency service. When my air went out unexpectedly one weekend, I contacted Best Air. Daniel reached out to me quickly. We made a plan for him to come out Monday morning but said if there was any way he could get out there Sunday (he was already booked) he would. He came out first thing Monday morning. He was so professional and knowledgeable! He told me what he thought was wrong before he even looked at anything. Once he checked everything out he was right! He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and walked me through its faults. He also gave me some tips for keeping things in check, such as routine cleaning. He suggested an inspection before the winter and summer but never tried to sell me anything or pressure me. I will definitely use Best Air again and will recommend him to anyone!
