I had an absolutely outstanding experience with this plumbing service. From the moment they arrived, everything felt professional and efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained what needed to be done in a way that actually made sense, and got straight to work.

Flex was great and Pierce answered my inquiry quickly. All questions were answered and I was shown what was causing the issues once repair was being done. The team that came out to do the repair were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and did what was best for my family without adding on un-needed things for the repair. After going through multiple other companies I would only recommend flex and use them again.

Have a rental that needed some repairs and this company gave me the best pricing. Was nervous because I don’t live locally and needed someone who I could depend on. A friend recommended I call them. Very price competitive and the work was A+. Highly recommend.
