Moses and his guys helped my family move across town. They were incredibly professional and did an excellent job. In under four hours they had moved all my stuff across town into my new place without damaging anything. Highly recommend using Best Bet Movers if you’re moving to a new home or apartment. Their rate was totally fair for how quick and good of a job they did.

I wish I could give zero stars. I paid for storage and couldn’t even store a $2,000 couch because no vault could fit it. On August 15, 2025, they said they would send someone to look for it in the warehouse. I didn’t hear back from them until three months later. There’s no way my couch was just sitting in the warehouse that whole time. I was deployed overseas with little to no internet access, and they are fully aware that I am active duty military. Instead of helping or communicating in a timely manner, their “solution” was to offer me one month of free storage if I deleted my original review. That is completely unacceptable and insulting. Now, they are threatening to auction off my belongings while I am deployed, which is a direct violation of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. They

Moses, Christian, and Angel were efficient and reliable. I had some additional items that I needed moved when they arrived and were able to help with those as well. I am very pleased with their services and will be utilizing them again in the future
