Kelly Hoffman, please know how much I appreciate your knowledge, follow-through, and timely manner in which you execute. You are a true professional. I also appreciate Best Block offers a recycled product that is local, looks great and is fairly priced.

Horrible customer service. My 1st dealing with them, they sold my customer's block. This time, they say the block is ready, but they don't know where we can pick it up. I called customer service for answers, "we can't tell you if it's ready, because you're not our customer. You're Jeremy Marsh's customer. You have to call him." He never answers my calls or text messages. How is this company still in business?

Horrible customer service by Jesus , I called to verified they had what I needed and once I got there (50 min drive) Jesus told me he couldn’t sale it to me because it was on hold for lowes and Home Depot . He had a attitude and showed a I don’t care attitude just horrible interaction. We use best block in Houston and was very disappointed with this Dallas location , I will take my business elsewhere .

Not designed well. Signage not in ideal places creating confusion and pick up order sent me to pick up site but you have to go to a separate location about 1.5 miles away to check in. Not effienctly set up at the office but the fork lift operators worked efficiently.
