Best Buy

I have a a question about how long it takes to replace a battery in a cell phone. I want to talk to someone in that department. They say they can’t transfer my call to that area because they are receiving “an unusually high call volume in that department.” But if I walk into the store, I can ask them right away. I live 45 min from the store and I’m not going to drive that far just to ask a question that should be answered over the phone. I want to know how long to replace the battery in my iPhone. I was told I need to schedule an appointment to ask my question and have my phone inspected. What kind of customer service is that?! It’s a waste of my time to drive that far if they can’t replace it. If they can but it’s going to take a week, I’m still not going to use the service. It’s my only

I worked with Jayden to find a new computer for my kids. He was not interested in helping me and I felt I would be better off shopping online. I ended up having to leave with no purchase. His phone must have been more interesting than customer service.

Took my computer in for a full case swap, a cooler install, a cpu-reseating, reinstalling my HDDs, AND installing new fans and required software for my parts. The ENTIRE beginning purchase was covered by Best Buy Total, with 200+ dollars being knocked off for the YEARLY price of 180 for a year's worth of coverage. The person who took care of us, a man named Kyle, was not only extremely understanding, but knowledgable with both us and the amazing finely aged couple ahead and took his time getting our information and what we needed done. The place was cleanly, and for someone that loves seeing cool computer stuff, it's a wonderland. Best Buy is not a store anymore. It's a shoddy display case for online ordering. I went to buy a charger for my watch. They said they could order it and have it in 3 days. I could have one to my house from the Best Buy website in 2 days. It's a charger. Usually if a person needs one, they need it right away. That's one of the few remaining benefits of brick and mortar electronics stores. It's not like chargers are high cost, slowly moving, or painfully specific inventory items. Anyway, this is probably more a criticism of the general state of retail than a specific criticism of Best Buy, but dang. A charger?
