I bought a phone from the website and when I picked it up at the counter, the salesperson told me that the GEEK squad would be able to help me transfer my phone quickly and be out in about 15 minutes, since I pay for the service and there was no one in line. That was far from the truth! First, there was only 1 squad person that looked as though they were actually working. The other guy with chips told me he didn’t have any openings until the following day. As I am reading the reservations list on the TV screen and notice a big gap of availability and ask him again, he miraculously finds an opening in 2 hours. Since it was a simple phone transfer, I asked if it was something they could do while they help others, and he said its more complicated than that. So, I had to leave and come back 2

Everyone there is very helpful. From the store manager to David who recently got promoted to operations--well deserves. Our family spends money there because of the people there not the items. We all know we can buy online but when you some help with your own unique likes and dislikes, this is the place to go. Ty guys

I ordered online and pick up was a breeze… within minutes. Unlike some Best Buys, this one was fully stocked and the prices of their top tier Chromebook’s and Mac Air pros are phenomenal. Within days their prices are dropping and you can get a price match which leads to a credit. It’s also tax free month in Florida! Service here is top notch and I can’t wait to get back for accessories for my new Mac.

We wanted to buy a new TV for our family room. I'd researched on line but wanted to see them in person, We went to the Bradenton store and Ian was so amazing. He answered all our questions and helped us decide on the best TV for our needs. We ordered it online when we got home as I wanted to earn rewards points from my shopping site. The order and delivery were set up quickly and our TV was delivered right on schedule by two very friendly and polite young men. We love the Roku 65 inch Select TV and could not be happier with Best Buy Bradenton staff (Ian) and their delivery contractor.

This trip to the 14th Street Bradenton Best Buy location was to visit to Geek Squad assistance area. Upon entering the store we were greeted and asked if we required assistance. There was only three patrons waiting for attention by the Geek Squad staff, one already being helped and another waiting ahead of us. The customer ahead of us was quickly dispatched with a need to purchase a new tablet and transfer data, because a replacement battery would cost much more than a new tablet. The staff member easily and efficiently scheduled an appointment home technician visit. The staff was always willing to assist their customers anywhere in the store. While there I browsed around the store at leisure before leaving.
