My wife and I stopped by Best Buy to look at trading in an older Apple PC. James greeted us right away and asked how he could help. Even though the trade-in wasn’t possible, he was upfront, honest, and took the time to verify everything for us. He listened carefully to what we needed in a new PC and quickly showed us options that fit exactly what we were looking for. He explained the warranty, service plans, and software clearly, no pressure, just transparency and integrity. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision, not just making a sale. That kind of service stands out. James, thank you for your professionalism, honesty, and the pride you take in your work. We truly appreciate you.

The Geek Squad at the Bristol, TN store is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make our experience top notch! We were waited on in a timely manner, everything was explained to us in detail, a the pick up time for service on our product was spot on. I can’t say enough great things about this store. Weston in particular was incredibly helpful and has impeccable customer service!

I had appt for changing out my battery in my laptop. However when I got to the store I could see quite a few mad people and complaints. When it was finally my turn to see the geek squad I was informed it would take until 9 pm that nite or the next morning. I left and went to a local computer store and they replaced the battery within a few min and the cost was less. I did feel bad for the employees of the store as it really wasn’t there fault and the customers were just not happy but they were trying their best to please them.

We had some difficulties with a TV that had to be exchanged, but was promptly taken care of thanks to Bryan and James! Fantastic customer service! As we left, the manager even came out to our vehicle to make sure we had it properly loaded so it would not break on the way home. We appreciate you all greatly and will be back!

My shopping experience at Best Buy at the Pinnacle does not deserve a rating. I went there specifically to purchase a Skylight Calendar. The website showed there was one available. Upon arriving at the store, I finally found someone to help me, just to be told that the one Skylight Calendar that was showing available, was on a new order that had not been checked in yet. The item that I wanted to purchase was in their stockroom and they could not go get it for me because the order had not been checked in yet. Purely ridiculous. Ironically, the same thing happened to me last year when I tried to purchase 2 Kindles for gifts. I left Best Buy and drove to Target in Kingsport where they had 6 Skylight Calendars in stock. I bought what I needed and I gladly paid $50 more for them. Very poor mana
