Back from the dead - My laptop decided to die and enter the eternal spinning boot loop of doom. I tried and failed to fix it. Geek squad was great and discovered the hard drive was dead. Fast 2 day turn around was very appreciated. I also was browsing the store and every associate I made contact with asked me if I needed any help.

I bought a GE dishwasher (model GDF535PSRSS) from Best Buy and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. First, the unit came without essential installation parts. No power cord, no water hookup hose, no fittings—nothing that allows you to actually install and use the machine. Why these basics aren’t included is beyond me. It is ridiculous to expect customers to know which random parts they have to hunt down after the fact, especially when the store does not make that clear at purchase. On top of that, when we picked it up and got it home, a bunch of water came pouring out of the dishwasher when we took it out of our car, suggesting it had already been used or tested and was not new as expected. Stopped by to pick up a online order. The staff os always great when I come in. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help me find what I need. The variety of items and the Ability to touch and try out make the best buy store a nice option. The Prices for Black Friday were a good value.

Great store, workers are very knowledgeable. Great for Switch accessories as well. With lots of xbox, PlayStation, and Switch controllers to choose from. Decide selection for an overall for all wants and needs for tech.

Done with Best Buy. Bought a Wi-Fi router that broke 32 days after purchase. Best Buy WON'T warranty it and TP link-Archer does not return my calls, emails or chats. They finally called and want me to send all the information about the router to them in an email which I have done 3x. At what point is it no longer worth my time over a $75 router? No more Best Buy! AMAZON it is.
