Best Buy Total member here, posting on behalf of my elderly mother. We pay over $200 per year for premium Total coverage and purchased a robot vacuum less than 8 months ago that is now malfunctioning under normal daily use, still within manufacturer warranty. My mother is an octogenarian, legally blind in one eye, and lives in a high alpine environment currently surrounded by significant winter conditions. The only resolution offered after three hours navigating phone trees and support lines was an in-store appointment three hours away at 6:45 PM. That is a six-hour round trip on winter roads for an elderly customer — simply for an inspection to determine warranty eligibility. There was no remote support option, no meaningful Geek Squad assistance as advertised, and no shipping alternative

My wife bought a computer over the phone today. I went to pick it up for her. Upon reaching the checkout, I was told I could not pick it up because my name was not on the order. I asked to speak to the manager. Spoke with the manager we got it all figured out. I applaud this location for protecting the customer. Even though I was frustrated the staff and manager treated me very well. I have lived in many other states and have never received the level of customer service that I received today from Best Buy.

Very poor service. I went to the Farmington best buy for advice on my Epson printer November 26, 2:00pm., at the front desk. 3 young ladies did not approach me to assist. Instead a young man who said he was Sales "boy" referred me to another person. I started asking aboutbupgrade on my printer. Sales person, a young man with curley hair, got very obnoxious, rude and inconsiderate of my needs for a new printer. I dismissed him as the result. He goes to the front desk and proceeds to berate me to his co-workers. I overheard him and bluntly told him I don't appreciate his demeanor and behavior. Farmington Best Buy, you need to improve customer service, especially when dealing with non-Anglo customers. Your sales reps shows attitude and behavior of racism.

When walking into store .i was picking up order for doordash.the first person i seen was a mr. Santiago martinez.... i asked if he could help me find 2 items. He said if i worked for doordash .i said yes . He then said i wasnt a customer???that needed to look for it first. I told him i was representing a customer though.. it s easier for him to just show me.. a very rude and unprofessional representative for your cooperation. And come to finx out .both items i needed were behind the counter anyways....

I stopped here, and I'm looking for a tablet for work. Employees walk by and say, "You need help," and walk off before you can reply. Then they walk make to the phone service counter an walk to the other salesman. No help at all. I have no clue why this store has a 4.1 star rate, and their Employees can't communicate with the customers.
