Very bad experience at this Best Buy store. I tried to return a TV that I purchased only 2 days ago. The employee named Gilbert was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him to process the return or give a written reason if he refused, but he would not help and told me to leave the store. His behavior felt discriminatory and racist. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this location. Horrible experience. Very bad service.

Went to the Pokemon day for kids event. My son loved it he had a blast and the guys working the event were awesome and very helpful . The best part was that they saved cards for the kids to purchase. My little dude is so thankful for y’all. Great job guys 🤙🏼

This store is great! There are many products available for purchase and the customer service professionals (and the greeters) are very courteous and highly attentive. The Geek Squad is also helpful. My favorite sections of the store include all of the electronics (specifically, gaming, tv, laptops, and smartphones).

I came in a couple weeks ago to buy a laptop for photo editing and I spent a pretty penny on it and joey was absolutely fantastic that day 10/10 service from him. I came in tonight to get batteries for a remote not expecting to get serviced like last time because it's something really quick and speedy. I walk over to the register to check out because there's a lady standing there and when I ask if I can check out she stares at me confused and looks irritated that I dare come to checkout. I ask if I can pay and she says "give me a second" and talks with another employee at the register who is checking out customers. When she's done talking she asks "what's up man?" Great experience, the young dude helped me decide between buying a PS5Bor a Switch 2 fir my kids. I bought it thr week before Thanksgiving, he told me if I saw that it went cheaper the following week anywhere, come back and they'll price match it. I did that, got $100 back. Great store, great service.
