Great experience. Our 75 " tv went the night before we came to best buy 75" pioneer 399.99. The person helped us we eneded up getting g a credit card from Best buy. Very nice and helpful. Found out it was the manager that helped us. That was cool. Then they gave my grandson a Pikachu hat. Left with a new tv and a smile.

Nice employees very attentive. A lot of times they don’t have things in stock so you’ll end up having to go to the Plano location or Rockwall location.

Please save yourself the worst headache ever by purchasing anything from here especially their warranties. I came in to have my joy cons replaced from my switch 2 (Console) because i have a warranty service on them. I was told i would receive my new controllers in the next two business days in which they came in but for the switch 1. I got back to the store just to be told they would escalate this issue and that they will update me, proceeded to ask me for my email & phone number. Sunday i decided to call for an update since i did not receive anything and i was finally told it will be at the store Monday. Its Monday i go to the store and now I'm told they received an email last week but since the geek squad rep has been off work she was not able to get to her email and apparently no one w

This BestBuy location has a great selection of electronics and they wait time at this location is super fast they have more than 3 cashiers

This is a great store and great people work here. I had a problem with an installation, and Armando and Caesar were very helpful in helping me resolve it. I didn't think I would get the help I did get. Everyone was very nice and considerate of my problem. The next time I buy a very large TV LOL. I will come back to Best buy for it. I highly suggest this business.
