Very nice workers. However the cashier rang up my order and told me “he went ahead and added the warranty with them to the total” i asked “how much it was” $150. Extra dollars,..ummm no absolutely not, so i had to ask him to take it off bc i didn’t ask for that, which then made the whole interaction become awkward and my anxiety was right there roof. Please train your cashiers to not “add“ anything to someone’s total without total 100% confirmation from the customer. I actually did my reserve weeks before purchasing my computer,i knew exactly what i wanted and what i was getting im satisfied with my hp warranty i didn’t need their warranty as well, had he asked me, he would have known that. Anyways,i love my computer !

Door greater saved me time by guiding me to network routers. Cashier was great, friendly and quick. I was Liked in, bought a router and was out within 15 mins.

Super busy with black friday and all but they prepaired for this as there were an abundance of staff to attend shoppers. I managed to arrive in time to get one of the black friday Sony bravia 5 85" HD tvs. And another gaming item. Other than the large amount of people, everything was great!

My experience with Geek Squad was very disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait behind walk-ins, and my appointment wasn’t honored until I contacted Best Buy support for help and given an extension to the store. The guy who answered, handled it very well and got me seen immediately after speaking. When I was finally assisted, I was told they don’t repair iPads in store and would ship it out. The representative rushed through the process and failed to confirm my contact information, using outdated details from years ago. After contacting Apple directly, I was advised to cancel the order and send the device to Apple myself due to the incorrect information and poor handling. Apple also told me iPad should be repaired at Best Buy as they are advertised as and “Apple Approve

Ran over to have a screen protector placed on my new phone, and Sonya at the Geek Squad counter was wonderful! She was quick, kind, and did a great job! I’m very grateful! Will be back for future phone needs.
