Best Buy

I loved waiting in a customer service line for 30 minutes to literally buy just one cable because they didn't have a checkout open and for some reason though it would be a great idea to have one person at customer service handle everything. Even though at least 5 employees were just standing around doing nothing. I've worked at best buy in the past. They were register trained, and they could have helped the 5 angry people in line with me.

Joshua was so helpful!! He really helped us understand what was the best purchase for us and even helped us with saving by signing up with Best Buy’s credit card. NOT ONLY THAT, he helped us out with getting a geek squad membership. So happy he mentioned these , it was super helpful. You can tell how passionate he is and cares about Best Buy’s customers!

I went to get my phone replaced due to problems it was having brand new and they did not want to help me. They said if the best buy in Menifee was willing to help me to go to them. Never going to them for service ever again. Menifee best buy is the best spot to go too.

I did research on computers and pens I needed for art. I arrived got pointed in the right direction. I encountered and was helped by a salesperson who wasn’t knowledgeable to any of my questions and didn’t listen to my needs as sole focus and excitement was just get a sale. As a result he sold me the wrong pen-stylus. I categorically feel taken advantage of as an older consumer and forced to pay again to get the correct stylus. Apparently the days of customer service are over as I attempted several times to get help by the store itself. Ive called numerous times and have been unable to get to a live person due to their ai apparently designed not to help or understand you. Id recommend a different store that values its customers. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!
