I had a really great experience with Encore Plumbing & Air. When they first came out to give me a quote and perform maintenance on my AC system, they were extremely thorough. They took photos of everything and walked me through the issues they found so I could clearly see what was going on. I already knew my system was old, but I had no idea it was freezing up and actually causing water damage. They also showed me that some parts had been installed incorrectly by a previous installer, which explained a lot of the problems I had been having. My HVAC technicians, Ronny and Michael, removed my 34 year old furnace, FAU, and duct system, and installed a whole system to include a new thermostat, outside condenser unit, and a QuietCool whole house fan.
