QC Guys - Whole House Fan Experts

We recently had the folks from Quiet Cool install holiday lighting at our home. I chose them in part because their product looked much better than similar lighting systems in our neighborhood. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The lights and the control App have exceeded our expectations! We are pleased with our whole house fan! My husband's parents had one from the 90's and we always loved the concept, especially living in costal CA! I searched for a long time to find a company who supplied these and I found Quiet Cool. A little background - I called the number on the main Quiet Cool website and spoke to the main manufacturing location. They are the one's that supply the fan's and I guess they just recently started doing installs. They were very unhelpful and had no idea what they were doing. I got discouraged, as they said our house could not have a fan due to our attic makeup. I had to hunt these guys down to get answers, it was like pulling teeth. We have owned a Quiet Cool Model QC-3100 since 2013 and have enjoyed using it almost daily for 12 years until recently a fan blade broke off and jammed the fan motor. So, we are already “sold” on the Quiet Cool product. We figured it was time to upgrade to a new fan and after reading several positive reviews for the QC Guys I called them on a Thursday and spoke with Drew who explained that our QC-3100 model was a little undersized for our 2200 sq ft single story home and he recommended going with a Quiet Cool Stealth Pro 6.0. The guys who came out to install our whole house fan were punctual, polite, friendly, professional, & knowledgeable! They arrived on time in a wrapped vehicle and uniforms. They took the time to explain the entire process and show me the fan and how best to get good use of it. They were all finished in about 45 minutes! I was really impressed with how straight they cut out space for the fan vent and switch! I first attempted to save a few bucks (or so I assumed) by going directly to the manufacturer, but quickly realized how we would get a better deal through QC guys and be able to get my hands on a much more powerful, robust fan with 3 speeds! I highly recommend this company for their exceptional value and excellent customer service!!

Easy to schedule installation. Both Travis and Victor were very courteous, professional and informative. They covered furniture in the room that was being worked on. Installation went cleanly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves. Gave a good demo on how to use. We only have had the fan for about two weeks and we're happy with the install. Runs quiet while quickly exchanges the air in the house esp when cooking or cleaning. House feels airier and unlike traditional AC, outside and inside conditions feel much more similar. Already noticing less "heat well" effect that soaks into the attic on sunny days.
