Best Buy

This is a great bestbuy. Greeted warmly when we entered and greeted again when we left. It is well organized and they have a great selection of electronics and appliances. The always have great sales on TVs as well.

Horrible now, like most Best Buys are these days. Sure miss them from 15+ years ago. I was in need for a new laptop and was working just 20 minutes southeast of the Noblesville store. I would be passing that store on my way home, almost an hour north. The store in my town up north, didn't have the laptop I was wanting, so I did and online order with Noblesville store because they have a few of them. I ordered and paid and it was supposed to be ready for pickup in an hour, that was at 10:30 am. At 2:30 pm, I was at the store to pick up, and it hadn't even been pulled yet. I was told it was scheduled to be pulled later, what happened to ready in 1 hour? I said just pull it now, because I had to go, I didn't have time to wait around, and I was told they had to stay with the schedule. So I l

I had issues with Apple AirPods I purchased at this location. I didn’t know what to expect when I went back because I purchased a pair of discounted AirPods. But to my surprise the Geek Squad was extremely responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable as they came up with quick solutions! I would like to thank 2 great customer service support professionals who helped me. I was lucky to have Grace and Josiah! Thank you two for making my experience a great one at BestBuy!

I used to really like Best Buy. Especially since they were the only electronis store left, really. Today I made the 20-minute drive here to pick up some charging supplies for an iPad, and in just 5 minutes in the store I was offered help 8 times. That's a bit extreme. Quite annoying, in fact. So annoying that rather than browse the store after finding what I came in for, I opted to leave. No wonder so many people prefer Amazon: lower prices, bigger selection, and no salesman hassle. I guess the days of being able to casually browse (and potentially impulse shop) at Best Buy have ended. If their motivation is customer service, they should back off a bit. If their motivation is theft prevention, they should try a different approach, because the one I experienced today is more sales preventio

THIS RATING IS FOR THE BEST BUY ONLINE CUSTIMER SERVICE. Cole and Jack managers at the noblesville Best Buy did their best to work with me to get mt TV/Mounting issue taken care of. The customer service online fields all calls and messed up royally. I never got my situation resolved because of the service group online.
